3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in AUD$ and include/exclude GST where applicable.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using the accepted payment methods at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by changes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and courier service. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [firstencounter@outlook.com.au]. Items must be returned in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer carefully to our size guides before ordering.
